Description

The PSBC and UE modules are assembled in a metal cabinet. The cabinet complies with the requirements of specification GSTR001-2.
The wiring kit, thermal probe for cabin temperature detection, and connection board complete the system.

The PSBC power supply module has an input range of 100-230Vac and two outputs: the main 24V 5A and an auxiliary galvanically isolated from the former of 12V 1A for the DCE modem. System power is provided by the battery (not included), even in the event of a power failure. The PSBC unit is directly connected to the UE device.

The PSBC unit fully complies with the characteristics required in specification GSTR001-1.

The UE module receives digital and analog signals from the field and uses them to set up automatic switching systems for IMS outputs.
Through a dedicated connection, it supplies power to peripheral devices.
All measurements and commands are transcribed chronologically in a Log file.
The module executes received commands and forwards system status information to the central unit. The IMS command, implemented via double relay contact, is executed after a 1/N type check and a measurement of the impedance of the connected load.
A multilevel communication system (IEC 61850, TCP/IP, IEC 60870-5-101 and IEC 60870-5-104, MQTT, DBR-DSR) ensures a robust communication channel. Cyber security firmware module, an HTTPS Web server, Security-Enhanced Linux, a centralized Authentication System with RADIUS protocol, access control and Anti-tamper detection ensure a high degree of protection.

UE and PSBC modules fully comply with the features of specification documents GSTR001-1 and GSTR001-2.
