Automation, measurement, remote control, security.

We have been making industrial electronic systems for more than 30 years.

  • Acquisition and measurement instrumentation

  • Production line automation devices

  • Control systems for DC, stepper, and brushless motors and actuators

  • Feedback control systems (on/off, proportional, PID)

  • Remote control systems

  • Power systems, UPS, inverters, filters, power converters

  • Devices for hazardous environments or for automations in critical conditions

  • Bus- or radio-connected systems

Competence and reliability

With specific skills and experience in the design of power, digital and analog electronic systems, we are able to produce products with high reliability while containing development and production time and costs.

Each new product presents unique challenges and may require special arrangements. Turning to a company that has already tackled the development and production of components in the same field allows you to arrive at the result directly and with peace of mind.

Industrial product design

Systems intended for industrial environments must be framed in a specific regulatory scheme depending on the intended use.

The Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive (EMC, 2014/30/EU), the Low Voltage Directive (LVD, 2014/35/EU), the Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC), and other regulations (e.g., RoHS, RED, ATEX, MID, MD) may apply to these products

Each Directive is accompanied by a set of harmonized standards published by European Standards Bodies such as CEN, CENELEC and ETSI. Application of these standards allows devices to be assumed to conform to provisions with legal force, is the basis for the declaration of conformity, and allows products to be placed on the market.

We effectively support our clients in product implementation by planning and documenting requirements to ensure compliance with the Directives and harmonized standards.

Software and Firmware Development for Automations

We make software and firmware for industrial bus communication, including Modbus RTU over RS485, Modbus TCP, CAN-based or CANOpen®-compatible protocols, client-server protocols, token rings, and other field buses.

We develop software for visualization and supervision (SCADA), firmware with runtime for telecontrol or reprogrammable automation (PLC and RTU), and PLC-HMI applications with specific protocols (e.g., OPC-UA®).

We build applications with centralized control, systems for Industry 4.0 complete with production data analysis, database interfacing and cloud communication.

We pay special attention to the security of interconnected systems, and are able to apply specific cyber security rules during planning and development.

Assembly of automation systems

We perform mass assembly of all device components: including internal structures, electronics, wiring, sensors, automation elements, and enclosures.

We can perform complete product assemblies that include motors, actuators, gears and other motion transmission components.

Mass production of devices, cabinets and assemblies

Industrial systems and machinery often consist of multiple interconnected products. In addition to the assembly of individual electronic devices, we take care of the wiring of electrical interconnections. We can supply the systems in rack structures, and we also handle the packaging and shipping of bulky equipment.
