This is the year Ennebi Elettronica S.r.l. was founded, where, before assuming the dimensions of an industrial entity, it offered itself to the market as a subcontracting company specializing in the assembly of electronic boards and equipment.
Notable among the services initially offered is specialized design of power supply and power circuits such as: switching power supplies, uninterruptible power supplies, battery chargers, power stations, peripheral units for remote control networks. This specialization enables us to acquire strong know-how in power areas and to create our own line of standard products, offering our customers the possibility of highly qualified standard and custom solutions.

The first in a long series of Ennebi Elettronica branded equipment is certified and approved: this is equipment for the management and remote control of electricity distribution networks.

Ennebi is certified by Epson Italy as a qualified company for the production of its fiscal meters (cash registers), an OEM production that continues to this day.

Thanks to shrewd technical choices geared toward quality and production flexibility, Ennebi Elettronica S.r.l. achieved the ambitious growth goals it had set for itself, acquiring stable orders with institutional customers in the energy distribution network sector. Its customer portfolio includes, for example: Enel, Terna, Ansaldo, Ducati Energia (production of equipment for network management and remote control).

Another important step for industrial consolidation is taken in 2002, when Ennebi Elettronica and Advel Elettronica Industriale Srl become partners. The goal: to integrate expertise and mutual business structures to offer a greater range of products, services and increase production capacity.

In 2003 Ennebi Elettronica, thanks in part to increased operational resources, opened up to new areas of application and OEMed its first medical laser device for Dental surgical use. From here on, Electromedical will remain one of the preferential channels of its corporate production.

The first devices for the motorcycle and automobile racing world are developed. In less than ten years, Ennebi Elettronica’s OEM productions have become part of the top-teams of MOTO GP and SUPERBIKE and on the motorcycles of passionate track-goers.

To increase competitiveness, industrial collaborations are opened with China for the assembly of medium to large series, custom LCDs, Printed Circuit Boards.

In 2007, in the face of growing production needs, Ennebi Elettronica moved from its operational headquarters in Cesano Maderno (MB) to its current headquarters in Novedrate (CO), with an area of 1400sqm used for laboratory, production line and offices.

In 2008, collaboration began with GioStyle SPA, a leading manufacturer of airtight food containers and portable refrigerators, to design and supply power supplies for electric refrigerators.

Collaboration with Chinese partners and suppliers is increased.

Collaboration with Ducati Energia SPA to design and supply UP equipment for remote control of secondary power distribution substations and to design a battery driver for electric bicycles is born.

These have been years of major investments and achievements, first by obtaining the medical certification UNI CEI EN ISO 13485:2012 and later with the purchase of the brand name Creation Medical Laser which allows Ennebi Elettronica to produce and market certified medical equipment, mainly products lasers for dentistry e endoral welders totally designed by Ennebi.

A 100kW power photovoltaic system is installed to power energy consumption and reduce the environmental impact of production activities.

The collaboration between Ennebi and GioStyle SPA is strengthened with the design and supply of complete electric refrigerators.

The warehouse capacity is expanded by increasing the area by an additional 400sqm.

Increased production of complete UP ENEL systems for supply to several customers including Selta, Teamware and Tesmec.

Ennebi achieves ISO9001:2015 certification.

Expansion of collaboration with EPSON to support the achievement of the target set equal to 20% of the Italian POS and fiscal meter market, with an annual production of 100,000 pieces.

Staff expansion of the technical department to cope with the increasing demands from customers and the growing technological complexity of products.

Introduction automated vertical warehouses to improve the efficiency of production activities.

IPC-specific training and creation of quality specifications in accordance with IPC class 2 for Chinese suppliers.

Purchase of a new building and expansion of production space to nearly 3000 sq. m.

Significant operating results achieved during the year that led to a doubling of sales and production volumes.

Re-engineering activities of several existing projects to cope with the semiconductor market crisis and ensure continuity of supply while maintaining competitive costs.
