We take production needs into account at every stage of development.

We know how to get to full production, and we strive to make the process as simple and straightforward as possible. That’s why we adopt a number of best-practices and tricks that allow us to get to the result efficiently.

During the design we check the cost of each component, availability, possible alternatives, and purchase volume logic.

Prototypes and simulations

The sizing and verification of the adopted solutions is done in the study phase by physically assembling and testing subassemblies of the circuits, or by simulating the circuit behavior through dedicated systems.

Analysis on prototypes can be performed in several stages, for example, at the time of defining a circuit structure. In each case a complete validation of a prototype responsive to the product that will be put into production is performed.

Simulation, on the other hand, makes it possible to study the behavior of a circuit before deployment, optimize component values, and reduce time-to-market because it avoids the need for costly prototyping iterations.
