We carry out design studies in collaboration with qualified partners.

In-house expertise enables us to prepare in advance constraints on overall dimensions, materials, shapes and adoptable technical solutions.

The design must take into account both functional requirements and aesthetic considerations, depending on the intended use of the product. In this way, a mock-up can be easily transformed into a feasible mechanical design .

Prototyping

We make use of a network of selected companies for prototyping and production of parts made by laser cutting, bending, CNC milling and turning, stereolithography, thermoforming, injection molding, painting, screen printing and pad printing.

We have machines for assembly, minor machining and manual modifications required during the prototyping process.

Executive documentation

We manage design documentation and production information under an ISO 9001-certified quality regime. Each change to the design is tracked and entered into computerized archives

We develop assemblies via 2D and 3D CAD and are able to perform drafting, export 3D files for machining and injection mold manufacturing, and prepare assembly instructions and part verification information.

Technical files for each product are kept up-to-date and organized to ensure business continuity and a high level of quality.
